Coach Jeremiah is TAG’s dedicated condo specialist for East Singapore. His coaching style is patient and structured — precisely what most beginners need when picking up tennis for the first time as an adult or enrolling a young child. He builds confidence systematically: from coordination and movement to fundamental strokes, then to rallying and basic point play.
Sessions are conducted in English or Mandarin depending on preference, making him a popular choice for Chinese-speaking families across the East. He is experienced with children from age 4 upwards and with adults starting from zero.
Coach Mervyn is TAG International’s Head Coach with over 15 years of professional coaching experience. He works with players at every level — from complete beginners picking up a racket for the first time to competitive adults preparing for inter-club tournaments. His all-court playing style and single-handed backhand technique give students a strong technical foundation that ages well.
Coach Mervyn is fluent in both English and Mandarin (普通话), making him the most requested coach for Chinese-speaking families in the West. His ITF Academy Play + Stay certification is internationally recognised and is especially relevant for junior development programmes.
Coach Vince coaches busy professionals across Central Singapore and the CBD — people who have limited court time and need every session to deliver visible results. His philosophy is efficiency: identify the one or two corrections that give the greatest improvement per hour, focus on them until they are automatic, then move forward.
He offers semi-private sessions for two players at similar level — ideal for couples or colleagues who want to train together at their condo court. Flexible evening scheduling makes him one of the most accessible coaches for Singapore’s professional community. Motivated beginners are also welcome.

Practical Tips for Condo Tennis Lessons
A few things that make your sessions run smoothly from day one.
Book Your Court First
Most condominiums limit bookings to 1–2 hours per resident per day. Secure your slot before confirming the lesson time with your coach. Evening and weekend slots fill fast.
Non-Marking Shoes Required
Most condo management offices require non-marking soles to protect the court surface. Dedicated tennis shoes are ideal. Avoid black-soled running shoes.
No Racket? No Problem.
Your coach brings all ball supplies and training equipment. For a trial lesson, the coach can lend a suitable racket. They will recommend the right one for you afterwards.
Share Your Block Number
For larger condos with multiple courts, share your block number and exact court location via WhatsApp before your first session so your coach goes straight there.
Have a Rain Plan Ready
Agree on a rain contingency before your first session. Options: structured off-court work nearby, reschedule to later that day, or book at TAG’s indoor courts in Alexandra.
Bring Water and a Towel
Bring at least 500ml of water. Sessions run a full 60 minutes and Singapore’s humidity means you will sweat. Sports attire is fine — no dedicated tennis clothing needed to start.
